...these AIRFIX scale model, I hae got from a spare parts dealer as a giveaway some months ago? Yes, there it is. I opened it. And was shocked. The quality was...more under-average as every part I have ever got from a dealer before. So, there was only one choice: To built up a slot racer.
Combined with a PLAFIT-chassis (this is really high tech!), NINCO-tyres and a lot of modifications, it is possible to create a real rat car, a real low budget "restoration". But it is fun to drive it - and you have the chance to beat a PORSCHE, because you have nothing to loose ;-)
